We built this platform as a community network — a place to connect, support each other, and help people find opportunities through trusted referrals. Not to harvest or monetize your data. Here's exactly how we handle your information.
01 · Your data is encrypted in transit
All communication between your browser and our servers uses TLS (HTTPS). Your data is never sent over an unencrypted connection.
02 · We never sell your data
Your personal information is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties — full stop. We don't work with data brokers or advertising networks.
03 · Your profile stays private by default
Other members of the community cannot see your personal information unless you choose to share it. The only exception is your first name, which may be visible in the context of a job referral so the person referring you can identify your request. Nothing more.
04 · Analytics are anonymous
We use two analytics tools — Google Analytics and an in-house system we built ourselves — to understand how the platform is being used. Both collect only aggregate, anonymous data: things like how many people visited a page or clicked a link. We never track who did it. No personal profiles, no cross-site tracking, no individual activity logs.
05 · Download your data (coming soon)
We're building a data export feature that lets you download everything we hold about you in a portable format. You'll be notified when it's available.
06 · You can delete your account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Deletion is irreversible and takes effect immediately.
07 · Questions or concerns?
